Project Based Learning Guides (9-12)

The Project Based Learning Guides are a great curriculum option for high school
students who prefer to have more flexibility in the curriculum they use.
Students are still able to cover the standards for the content area while
showing their learning through various unit assignments and other
experiences that pertain to the course.

Plugged In! Virtual classes (TK-8) only:

  • The whole program includes monthly thematic boxes and curriculum and instruction for all four core subjects. The comprehensive full curriculum package includes live Virtual Plugged In! classes, teacher-led instruction (synchronous instruction), weekly lesson plans (asynchronous instruction), monthly thematic workshops, and monthly thematic boxes.
  • The curriculum covers the 4 core subjects: math, ELA, science, and social studies. This is a wonderful well rounded program that is completely run by Granite Mountain Charter School staff.
  • The Single Subject Option (Does not include monthly thematic boxes) includes live Virtual Plugged In! classes, teacher-led instruction (synchronous instruction) and weekly lesson plans (asynchronous instruction), and monthly thematic workshops.

Plugged In! Virtual classes (High School) only:

  • No bundle option.
  • Single Subject Option includes live Virtual Plugged In! The core subject and foreign language classes are aligned with our A-G high school course guides, teacher-led instruction (synchronous instruction) and weekly lesson plans (asynchronous instruction), and monthly thematic workshops.
ExL Focus Days and Events only:
  • Includes field trip participation, field trips are a separate planning amount, no thematic boxes.
  • ExL Focus days and events tied to the monthly Plugged In! theme and weekly lessons. Additional thematic field trip opportunities will be available.
