National Honor Society (NHS)
The National Honor Society (NHS) recognizes students in grades 10–12 with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher who demonstrate academic achievement, service, leadership, and strong character. NHS provides opportunities to grow as leaders, serve their community, and be recognized for their accomplishments through monthly meetings, service projects, leadership opportunities, and the annual induction ceremony.
How to Join: Eligible students are identified after the first semester, with invitations sent to students and families in March. Invited students will complete the required application steps before being considered for induction.
Meetings: NHS meetings will be held Wednesdays at 3:00 PM. Students will hear from guest speakers, participate in discussions, and share progress on individual projects while supporting one another.
